Adi has run experiential workshops for adult learners, teachers, camp professionals, graduate students, post-bacs,  synagogues, Jewish supplementary schools, private schools and Jewish day schools.

All the workshops combine active experiential learning with cutting-edge insights from the world of science. Workshops range from 45 minutes to an hour and half, and are tailored to fit the specific needs of any organization or classroom.

God, Spirituality and the Brain

Recent research has given us fascinating insight into some of the mysteries of the human mind and brain. This session explores what insights into our brain might suggest about our spiritual lives.   

 

 

Our Moral Brain

This session explores some recent groundbreaking insights from neuroscience and psychology about moral decision making and our brain. The session also examines the practices used by religious life in relation to moral decision making.

Learn what neuroscience suggests to us about the nature of stories and how they play a role in shaping who we are and what we have the potential to become.

 

 

Creativity and the Brain

img_41451What is creativity? How do we accesses it? Can we teach it? How does it look from a brain perspective? Why is it so important in our lives? This session explores the topic of creativity from the perspective of the mind and brain.
